Prawdopodobną przyczyną restartowania się Twojego telefonu jest blokada simlock. Sposób, który przedstawię poniżej, nie sprawi, że telefon przestanie nam się restartować, ale nie będziemy musieli ponownie bawić się w jego odblokowanie. Sposób jest niezwykle prosty i bardzo praktyczny, a wygląda mniej więcej tak:
1. Wybieramy Menu => Settings => Handset settings => Making calls
2. Najeżdżamy na "fixed dialing" i wciskamy lewy przycisk ("link this")
3. Wybieramy "add to home" i wciskamy niebieski przycisk
4. Wychodzimy do ekranu głównego (prawa słuchawka/włącznik)
5. Wciskamy niebieski przycisk i wchodzimy do nowo stworzonego skrótu
6. Wybieramy "ON", wpisujemy PIN2 - w IDEI: 9999 i zatwierdzamy lewym przyciskiem
7. Wychodzimy prawą słuchawką/wyłącznikiem.
Teraz, gdy nie prowadzimy rozmów, ani nie wysyłamy wiadomości, ustawmy tę opcję (skrót zrobiony wcześniej) na "ON". Dzięki temu telefon po restarcie będzie się normalnie włączał. Kiedy zaś potrzebujemy zadzwonić lub wysłać wiadomość, ustawmy tę opcję na "OFF". W przeciwnym razie podczas połączenia lub wysyłania wiadomości wyskoczy nam: "Unable to connect. Fixed dialing is ON."
